Privacy Policy

This policy explains how publickz (publickz.com.br) ("we", "us") handles personal data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). publickz is a web platform: the data below is stored on our servers. The Portuguese version (Política de Privacidade) prevails for customers in Brazil.

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a hash). With Google sign-in, your name, email and Google account ID.
• CPF (optional): only to match a purchase made before sign-up; stored encrypted.
• Payment: email, plan, status and order ID sent by Kiwify. We never receive card data.
• Usage and security: IP address, access times, active sessions, number of clips created and logs of sensitive actions.
• Content: uploaded or imported videos, source channel links, transcriptions, clips, generated text, voice recordings and settings.
• TikTok, when you connect an account: open ID, username, display name and avatar (scope user.info.basic) and encrypted access tokens used to publish the clips you review and approve (scope video.publish).

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: create clips, show which TikTok account will receive a post, and publish only what you approve.
• To manage your plan, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep accounts secure.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as keeping access logs.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

3. Sharing

• Kiwify (payments), Google (optional sign-in) and Cloudflare (network security).
• AI provider: when content analysis uses an external provider, transcription text is sent to it to suggest highlights and captions.
• TikTok: the clips, captions and settings you choose to publish through its official API, handled under the TikTok Privacy Policy.
• Authorities, when required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

• Account data is kept while your account exists. Access logs are kept for at least 6 months as required by Brazilian law.
• Videos fetched from source channels are deleted after clips are generated. Your uploads, imports and clips stay until you delete them.
• Disconnecting TikTok deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.
• To delete your account and data, email [email protected].

5. Security

HTTPS connections, PBKDF2 password hashing, AES-GCM encryption for CPF and tokens, revocable sessions, login throttling and isolated storage per customer.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and information about sharing, by emailing [email protected]. The platform is intended for adults (18+).
