Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of publickz (the "Platform"), available at publickz.com.br ("publickz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Portuguese version (Termos de Uso) prevails for customers in Brazil.

1. What the Platform does

publickz is a web platform for creating short clips. From videos you upload, import by link, or source channels you register, the Platform transcribes the audio, uses AI to suggest highlights, captions and hashtags, and renders vertical clips with subtitles. Clips are available for you to review, edit, download and publish. Nothing is published without your review.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 5 clips, with no credit card required.
• Plans, prices and limits are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Kiwify; we never receive card data.
• Within 7 days of paying for a subscription, you may withdraw and receive a full refund without giving a reason (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).
• After 7 days there is no full or partial refund for the current monthly period, whether or not you used the plan's clips. Monthly renewals do not restart the 7-day period.
• You may cancel renewal at any time with no fee; access continues until the end of the paid period. Duplicate charges or billing errors on our side are always refunded.

4. Your content and copyright

• You may only use content that you own or are authorized by the rights holder to use, including uploaded videos, videos imported by link and registered source channels.
• Importing a video by link makes the Platform fetch the file from that address. Many video platforms forbid this in their terms unless authorized; only use this feature when you have that authorization.
• Adding commentary, subtitles or credits does not replace the rights holder's authorization.
• You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
• You are solely responsible for what you publish, including captions, hashtags and commercial content disclosures.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the Platform to infringe intellectual property or image rights, spam, impersonate others, mislead audiences, or violate any law or platform rule, nor attempt to access other customers' data or bypass plan limits.

6. Copyright complaints

If content processed on the Platform uses your material without authorization, email [email protected] with a link to the original work. We may remove material and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. TikTok and other platforms

Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation. When the TikTok integration is available, content is only posted after you review it and confirm the privacy and interaction settings for each post.

8. AI output and results

AI suggestions may contain mistakes; review everything before publishing. We do not guarantee views, followers, monetization or any other result.

9. Liability, suspension and changes

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect damages or restrictions applied by third-party platforms. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms and may update them, notifying relevant changes. Brazilian law applies.
